As you are all aware we at Ammanford Cricket Club provide extensive opportunities to play cricket in our community, including three Saturday teams, over 140 junior members, together with newly formed girls, women's, and mixed teams.

Our success has however created a strain on our training and practise facilities, which could be alleviated by the installation of another net bay in The Park, within our existing caged area. This comes at a significant financial cost, estimated at approximately £10,000.

Amongst many fund-raising initiatives, we have registered to a monthly online raffle via ‘Support My Team’. Half of the subscriptions will be paid in prizes, and drawn on the 1st of each month, commencing in April.

Subscriptions range from £5 to £20 per month. The sign-up process is simple, and the subs will go from your bank account every month, and the prizes paid back to your bank account also. All subscribers will get a monthly email, telling whether they have won, and how much has been paid to the winners.

The proceeds will initially go towards the 3rd Net Project, so that we can install an extra net bay to ensure that more juniors have access to meaningful and enjoyable coaching, training and practise. More generally, the funds will contribute towards improving and maintaining our facilities.
